Great News for Beaumont Curling Club:
Beaumont Curling in 2012:
The town of Beaumont is in the process of putting out tenders for renovations at the Ken Nichol complex. The renovations being completed this year will include the replacement of the curling concrete floor and the drainage issues under the floor.
There will be a steering committee put together over the next few weeks which will include the project coordinator from the town along with representatives from the curling club. This committee will provide ongoing updates of the renovations so everyone can be ready to start curling once the renovations are complete. From preliminary discussions, we anticipate curling to start in October.
