What Happened Last Season:

The sub floor heating motor seized resulting in the frost line rising above the brine pipes. Once the frost line gets above those pipes, there is no fixing it until next season. What happens is the frost that is above these pipes will keep freezing and then melting over and over with the temperature change outside. This will cause the cement pad to keep moving up when frozen and down when melting. This was more obvious in some places as the floor is not level to begin with. Unfortunately the motor is in the mechanical room we currently do not have access to, and are working with the town to gain access.
